The purpose of this conference is to offer educational opportunities for WIC staff.  There will be both general sessions with topics pertaining to all employees and breakout sessions which offer more specific subjects. The breakout sessions will be split into three tracks: Nutrition, Leadership, and Breastfeeding. CPEU credits may be earned by attending sessions. Additionally, exhibitors will be onsite to showcase products and services available to local agencies.

Registration Fees:

• WIC staff (through April 5th): $100
• WIC staff (after April 5th): $120
• Non-WIC staff (anytime): $299
• Non-WIC student (anytime): $199

Parking may be added to any registration before April 5th.

What's Included?

• 5/7/24: afternoon snack only
• 5/8/24: breakfast, lunch, and snack
• 5/9/24: breakfast, lunch, and snack
• We will provide certificates of attendance for any individual credit requests for credentials which do not grant us pre-approval.

Tentative Schedule:

The conference will run from Tuesday, May 7th through Thursday, May 9th, 2024.  The tentative schedule is listed below:

• 5/7/24, partial day: registration and exhibits opening at 12:00noon
• 5/8/24, full day: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 5/9/24, partial day: 8:00am - 2:30pm
