Who do I contact to book an event?

Is parking available for my guests?

DCC is a short walk from 5 city parking garages. The closest of these is Durham Centre Garage located across the street. On-street metered parking is also available. Click here for more information on downtown parking.

What is included with my facility rental?

Facility rental includes tables and chairs for guest seating and any items necessary for catering service. A space will also be provided in the pre-function hallway for registration tables.

What is required to book event space?

Date, time and event space is confirmed with a signed agreement and 50% deposit.

Who will be my contact once I have booked my event?

An event manager will be assigned to create a seamless transition from the sales process to event planning and execution. Please note that while we can offer you recommendations to local event planners, we do not provide full-service planning and only focus on facility logistics for your event.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We welcome any vendors with approval from your event manager. We can also recommend vendors that we have worked with in the past.

Is event space discounted based on booked hotel rooms?

DCC and Durham Marriott City Center are physically connected but are managed separately. We do not offer discounted event space based on booked hotel rooms. Click here to book rooms at Durham Marriott City Center or visit for a list of Durham hotels.
